NIST Notices on Commercial Key Escrow

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) issued the following materials on November 6, 1995, concerning the government's "new" policy on the export of escrowed encryption products. The policy, known as "commercial key-escrow," is the latest version of the controversial Clipper Chip initiative.
