ACTION: Change to notice of meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The White House Commission on Aviation Safety and Security has had to change the time and place of the meeting on September 5, 1996 to discuss aviation safety and security issues, and to close part of it to the public. DATES: As changed, the open portion of the meeting will be held on Thursday, September 5, 1996, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM; from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, the meeting will continue but will be closed to the public because matters will be discussed that are classified in the interest of national security.
