Study Shows Young Adults Care About Privacy
Researchers from the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Pennsylvania have released the results of a study comparing young adults and older adults on their attitudes and knowledge about privacy. The empirical study shows that most young adults have similar concerns about online privacy policies to their older counterparts. The study's authors conclude that "young-adult Americans have an aspiration for increased privacy even while they participate in an online reality that is optimized to increase their revelation of personal data."
